Memory card guide
We hire Sony G Series XQD memory cards to productions across the UK, backed by over 20 years of experience supplying camera media to the broadcast industry.
XQD is a memory card format designed for high-definition camcorders and high-resolution stills cameras. It offers target read and write speeds from around 1 Gbit/s up to about 4 Gbit/s, with the format supporting capacities beyond 2TB.
Our XQD stock is Sony G Series — fast, reliable cards built for continuous high-bitrate recording. Some cameras that take XQD also accept CFexpress Type B, so if you're unsure which suits your camera, ask us and we'll confirm before you hire.
Call or email with your camera, shoot dates and how much recording time you need. We'll recommend the right capacity and quantity, send a quote, and ship the cards to you. Card readers are available on request.
