Memory card guide
We hire SanDisk Compact Flash cards to productions across the UK — proven media for DSLRs and legacy broadcast cameras — backed by over 20 years supplying camera media to the broadcast industry.
Compact Flash (CF) is one of the original professional memory card formats — a robust, larger card that became the standard in professional DSLRs and many broadcast cameras. Our SanDisk Extreme Pro stock delivers fast, reliable performance for stills and video alike.
CF cards are still widely used in professional Canon and Nikon DSLRs, and in a range of legacy broadcast and cinema cameras. Some cameras accept both CF and CFast 2.0 — they're different formats and not interchangeable, so if you're unsure which your camera takes, ask us and we'll confirm before you hire.
Call or email with your camera, shoot dates and how much recording time you need. We'll recommend the right capacity and quantity, send a quote, and ship the cards to you. Card readers are available on request.
