Returning cards safely
It is the responsibility of the hirer to return cards safely. Covering yourself is essential, as cards can be very costly to replace should they go missing.
Our recommended return service
We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for next-day returns. It includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery. Check Royal Mail’s posting cut-off times and delivery exclusions before sending.

Standard compensation cover
The standard service includes compensation up to £750 if your parcel is lost or damaged, subject to Royal Mail’s terms.
£2,500
Additional cover available
For an additional charge, you can increase protection up to £2,500. Please add the extra compensation cover if needed.
Choose cover that matches the full replacement value of the cards in your parcel. If the value exceeds £2,500, contact us before posting so we can agree a suitable return arrangement.
Compensation is subject to Royal Mail’s conditions and evidence requirements; it is not an automatic payout. Check current cover options when purchasing your postage.
Packing your cards
Please return cards in the protective cases they were supplied in. If a case has been misplaced, wrap each card individually so it is fully protected from bends, knocks and dust before sending.
Standard envelopes are not advisable for card returns. We recommend a padded jiffy bag or a small box, with the cards secured so they cannot shift or flex in transit.

Make sure your footage is safely backed up and verified before returning the cards.
